When Will I see My order?
POLICIES
- Our items are individually printed in-house on a printer that is Made in the USA, with ink Made in the USA on Men's t-shirts Made in the USA (all short sleeve and long sleeve men's shirts are Made In The USA). We do not keep stock on all of our options. many of our shirts now have the option for Union Made. When the order comes in it is printed to spec. We keep black T-shirts in stock at all times. These shirts will be shipped within two weeks to you. If you ordered a different color or pockets, or hoodies, or long sleeves they are ordered from the t-shirt vendor as the orders come in. Those items may take longer.
- Our bags, jewelry, leggings, yeti/rtic tumblers, wallets, hitches, license frames, glassware, signs, clocks, posters, wooden items, etc are also ordered from our vendors and take time to make and deliver. (3-4 weeks)
- This is not Walmart and this is not Amazon Prime. This is Linejunk. A one-person operation offering quality and filling orders one at a time. Patience is appreciated.
- We ship Priority USPS and in some cases UPS. In most cases we wait for the entire order to come before shipping. Sometimes we do partial shipments upon request. If you would like partial order delivery while waiting please contact us to arrange for the extra shipping costs.
- Just like 99% of online stores out there we charge the card when the order is placed. We do not wait to charge the card until it is shipped.
- We do not keep any credit card information so we are unable to add items to your order if the order has already been submitted.
- Orders that are customized with names or numbers are non-returnable.
- EChecks we wait for clearance before we even process the order.

- We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card, American Express. Please allow 3-4 weeks delivery from date order was placed.
If you open a dispute with PayPal without contacting us first we are going to assume that you want to cancel the order and will follow through and cancel it. You will receive a refund and we will not order the item.
SHIPPING
We ship USPS Priority Mail or Advantage Ground on all orders unless International we may use UPS. Many of our items are custom made to order. If you order something custom please allow more time to fill the order. If you would like partial order delivery while waiting please contact us to arrange for the extra shipping costs. We ship when we have all items for orders in hand.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
Allow up to 6 weeks delivery for international orders. Make sure you are aware of your countries applicable customs, taxes and any surcharges prior to ordering. International deliveries have a weight restriction; your order may come in several different boxes/deliveries.
Sometimes customs may charge another fee when the items are delivered to you. We have no control over that and have not found rhyme or reason for this happening.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Certain items may be available for ‘pre order’ in which you will be charged at the time of purchase and shipping the item(s) on availability. We will also be doing limited items where we only sell a certain number of the item. Items labeled ‘out of stock’ are unable for purchase. If an item becomes ‘out of stock’ after you have made a purchase you will be notified by email where you may choose to replace the item to one of the same value. If availability of the item is more then 7 days from the purchase date your order will be shipped with an ‘out of stock’ notice and the remaining item(s) will then be shipped on arrival. If the item becomes discontinued you will be offered store credit to the value of the purchased item including the shipping.
RETURNS
••• CANCELLATION / RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY ••••• We accept cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. We do not offer refunds or exchanges UNLESS an error has occurred on our part or if the product was damaged during shipment. Since almost everything is custom made we offer store credit for another item in the future. If a return is approved, the original item must be returned in NEW, UNWORN condition. We will not return custom items. We do not refund shipping. If a product arrives damaged, please save all shipping material as we may ask for a photo.
Exchanges Policy
If a product does not work out for any reason (the item must be in new and sellable condition), you may happily send it back for an exchange or store credit.
INSTRUCTIONS: Just write a note on the packing slip the order came with or a piece of paper with the name, order number, and exchange info. and send it back to the address below. Once we receive the item(s) in question, your order will be processed immediately.

Refunds
Due to the limited number of items we make per design, all items once sold and delivered will not be available for a refund. We are more than happy however to exchange that item or issue store credit as outlined above. Shipping and handling fees are separate charges.
If an item is damaged we will replace it with the same item. We will not be refunding shipping. Items that have been personalized are non-returnable.
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. All returns must be made within 20 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at contact@linejunk.com
PRIVACY POLICY
We at Linejunk have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers.Any information that we gather from our customers will be compiled anonymously and used solely for our statistical purposes. The statistical information we gather from our customers will be used to help us enhance the shopping experience for our customers.Any privacy concerns should be directed to contact@linejunk.com we take all privacy concerns very seriously and will respond appropriately and quickly.
