RETURNS
 
••• CANCELLATION / RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY ••••• We accept cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. We do not offer refunds or exchanges UNLESS an error has occurred on our part or if the product was damaged during shipment. Since almost everything is custom made we offer store credit for another item in the future. If a return is approved, the original item must be returned in NEW, UNWORN condition. We will not return custom items. We do not refund shipping. If a product arrives damaged, please save all shipping material as we may ask for a photo.
Exchanges Policy
 
If a product does not work out for any reason (the item must be in new and sellable condition), you may happily send it back for an exchange or store credit.
 
INSTRUCTIONS: Just write a note on the packing slip the order came with or a piece of paper with the name, order number, and exchange info. and send it back to the address below. Once we receive the item(s) in question, your order will be processed immediately.

Refunds
 
Due to the limited number of items we make per design, all items once sold and delivered will not be available for a refund. We are more than happy however to exchange that item or issue store credit as outlined above. Shipping and handling fees are separate charges.
If an item is damaged we will replace it with the same item. We will not be refunding shipping. Items that have been personalized are non-returnable.
